Part 1 – The House was built with seven pillars of Wisdom. Proverbs 9:1 “Wisdom has built her house; she has hewn out her seven pillars.”

If the house is built with seven pillars, what are they? The first pillar would be Purpose. Purpose keeps our life on its right course. Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the belly, I knew you and before you came forth out of the womb, I sanctified you and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations. Here Jeremiah has been set apart for the call of God to do a particular thing. Purpose produces a willingness to toil and sacrifice. Purpose drives the soul and keeps it right on track, and it refuses to be defeated in its quest for achievement. The second pillar of wisdom is Courage. Joshua 10:25 “And Joshua said unto them, fear not, nor be dismayed, be strong and of good courage for thus shall the Lord do to all your enemies against whom you fight.” Courage was Caleb’s faith saying to Joshua 14:12 “Now therefore give me this mountain where of the Lord spoke in that day.” Where I can win his inheritance from the giants and the walled cities.” Here Caleb showed Christian courage that is one of the scintillating jewels of our Christian faith. The third pillar of wisdom is Genuineness. 1 Timothy 4:12 “Let no man despise your youth, but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. We cannot camouflage our faith in Christ. True jeweler can tell if the diamond ring is genuine or not. 1 Timothy 5:22 “Paul writes to Timothy and said keep yourself pure. If we try to live a counterfeit life, the world will soon find it out.  Part 2 coming Wednesday….
